ingredients
1 pound butter
1 pound brown sugar
1 pound confectioners' sugar
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
16 shots dark rum
16 cups boiling water
directions
Combine butter, sugars, ice cream, nutmeg and cinnamon. Freeze until firm.
To serve, place heaping tablespoon of butter mixture and 1 shot glass dark rum into 1 cup boiling water.
