ingredients
3 cups diced, unpeeled apple
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
mayonnaise
lettuce
directions
Combine the diced apple and bananas in a bowl. Sprinkle evenly with the orange juice and toss lightly to combine.
Stir in the celery, coconut, raisins, and walnuts. Add just enough mayonnaise to bind the ingredients.
Serve the salad on a bed of lettuce.
