ingredients

3 pounds country ribs
6 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons salted fermented black beans
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes or minced fresh chili
4 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine

directions

Place ribs in a baking dish, sprinkle with garlic, chili, black beans and cooking wine (sherry may be substituted here).

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees F for about 1 1/2 hours or until ribs are tender.

Super easy and super good.
