Bread Machine Beer-Cheese Bread

ingredients

10 ounces flat beer
3 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoon nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 teaspoon bread machine yeast
1 tablespoon butter
2 ounces shredded Monterey jack cheese

directions

Combine all the ingredients in the bread machine in the order recommended by your machine manufacturer.

Use the white bread setting and set the crust color to medium or light.

When bake cycle is complete, remove the pan from the machine and let sit for 5 minutes. Remove the bread from the pan and place on a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Store the bread wrapped in plastic for up to 5 days.
