Fun Food Holidays™ October 21st is Caramel Apple Day
Today is Caramel Apple Day, which suggests that you have plenty of time to warm up your apple carameling skills in advance of your kids' Halloween parties. They're easy to make, and kids can help!
Simply take some apples-on-sticks, dip them in melted caramel, roll them in optional candies, nuts, or sprinkles, and your kids have a delicious treat. Hint: the secret is to use Granny Smith, Red Delicious or Fuji apples!
