I left out the sausage,and used vegetable stock instead of water... and the rest of the recipe. It was great! thank you

I did this one less the sausage: simmered all veg in the liquid for 45 min, added 2 cups cooked, diced chicken, 1 cup instant rice and 10 drops tabasco. Covered, removed from heat for 5 min. Yummy!!
