1 cup radishes, finely chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper, freshly ground
parsley sprigs, for garnish
radish slices, for garnish
assorted crudites, for serving
directions
Combine the chopped radishes, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice and dill weed, mixing well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place into a serving dish, cover and chill for 4 hours in order for the flavors to blend.
Garnish with parsley and radish slices and serve with assorted crudites.
