1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Combine the onion, bouillon granules, chili powder, salt, garlic, and cumin.
Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
1 batch is equivalent to 1 envelope of purchased taco seasoning mix.
To use for taco meat, use one batch of taco seasoning mix and 1/2 cup water, for every pound of browned ground beef.
