Chocolate Dipped Spoons Recipe

Serves/Makes: 8
Ingredients:
4 squares (1 oz each) bittersweet, or semisweet chocolate, chopped
4 squares (1 oz each) premium white chocolate, chopped.
Directions:
Melt chocolate squares separately.
Line baking sheets with waxed paper. Dip metal or heavy-weight plastic teaspoons into chocolate; place on waxed paper to cool. Let sit until chocolate hardens, about 1 hour. For 2 toned spoons, re-dip in alternated chocolate. Place in airtight container between sheets of waxed paper; store in cool place up to 3 weeks.
