Honey Coated Crunchy Chicken Fingers

ingredients
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup honey (slightly warmed)
1/4 cup water
1 cup crushed corn flakes
directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with vegetable spray.
Cut chicken breasts crosswise into strips 3/4 inch wide. In a small bowl, combine honey and water. Spread crushed corn flakes on a plate.
Dip chicken strips in honey mixture then coat with corn flakes crumbs. Put on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cooked at center, turning chicken over at halfway point.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce (barbecue, honey mustard, etc.).

This recipe was amazing! The only thing that I would suggest would be to add some spices in with the cornflakes. When I made it, I added pepper and cayenne for some kick. Easy, fast and tasty, two thumbs up!
