ingredients
3 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup bourbon
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
salt, if desired
directions
Blend together the crumbs, nuts, cocoa, half of the confectioner's sugar, Bourbon, corn syrup, and a dash of salt. Form into small balls the size of walnuts.
Roll each ball in the remaining confectioner's sugar and place on a cookie sheet.
Chill in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

when changing servings, i notice the recipe keeps saying to blend 1 cup of sugar with other ingredients. I understand the 1 cup for rolling so does that mean to use the rest for blending even if it says 1cup in directions
