Basic Peanut Butter Easter Eggs Recipe

Serves/Makes: 6
Ingredients:
1 stick butter, softened
1 jar (18 oz. size) peanut butter
1 pound powdered sugar
1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix together everything except the chocolate chips. Shape into eggs. Let dry overnight.
Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler and dip shaped eggs into melted chocolate.
