1/2 cup butter, softened
1 jar (18 ounce size) peanut butter
1 pound powdered sugar
1 package semisweet chocolate chips
Mix together everything except the chocolate chips. Shape into eggs. Let dry overnight.
Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler and dip shaped eggs into melted chocolate.

I had this recipe and have misplaced it...I think this is like the one I had. I plan on using this for a FUN RAISER FOR OUR CHURCH. We also used wax in the chocolate to make it harden..Any comments on that. We usually make them 1/2 pound before we dip them. Any hints or ideas will be gladly accepted.
