Pickled Garlic Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4 qt
Ingredients:
4 quarts jar full of peeled garlic bulbs
cold water, enough to top off jar
3 heaping tbsp salt
Directions:
Boil water and salt. Cool the liquid and pour it over the garlic in the jar. Keep at room temperature for 2 days. Continue the pickling process in the refrigerator for 2-3 months
