Chopped Cucumber Pickle

ingredients
50 small cucumbers
OR
25 large cucumbers
3/4 cup salt
3 medium-sized vidalia or other sweet onions
3 large green bell peppers, cored, seeded
1 tablespoon mustard seed
1 tablespoon celery seed
3 cups vinegar
4 cups granulated sugar
directions
Wash and grind cucumbers, using medium chopper. Sprinkle with salt and let stand overnight.
Drain and squeeze out juice; use colander.
Grind onions and peppers. Add to ground cucumbers. Add mustard seed, celery seed, vinegar, and sugar.
Bring to boil and boil 10 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
