ingredients
boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
butter
salt and pepper
flour
oil
directions
Slice chicken breasts in layers. Pound thin between sheets of waxed paper.
Add a small amount of butter to center of each slice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Dust with flour.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve hot with sauces for dipping (barbecue, sweet and sour, hot mustard, etc).
