Ingredients:
1/2 cup cream cheese -- softened
2 tablespoons capers -- drained and chopped
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
pepper
2 large flour tortillas
6 ounces smoked salmon -- cut in strips
2/3 cup cucumber -- peeled and chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh fennel
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
2 teaspoons olive oil

Directions:

Combine cream cheese, capers, horseradish and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a small bowl. Spread mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Combine the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Divide the salmon mixture among the tortillas and roll up. Cut into rounds.
