ingredients
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 1/2 cup corn
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 cup half and half
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 package pre-baked pie shell (9" or 10")
directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
In a pre-baked pie shell evenly distribute corn, cheese and bacon.
Beat eggs with half-and-half, salt and cayenne, and pour into the pie shell. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake for 25 minutes longer.
