1 can crescent rolls, divided
8 ounces diced mozzarella cheese
1/2 stick diced pepperoni
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs
directions
Make pie crust with 6 rolls. (Press into pan.)
Mix rest of ingredients and pour into pie pan. Make lattice top crust with remaining 2 pieces of crescent rolls.
Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees F (until golden brown and firm). Cut into wedges, or make into bite sized pieces.
