Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.

I have made this quiche recipe several times and its really really good. The last time I made it I didn't have any chicken on hand and I was in a pinch. So I prepared it without - and it was just as good. Who doesn't love a great quiche recipe? Print and/or save this one - it's a keeper!
