Beef And Cheddar Quiche Recipe

Serves/Makes: 8
Ingredients:
3 eggs -- beaten
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup ground beef -- browned
1 pie crust (9" size)
Directions:
Mix eggs, cream, cheese and beef together; spread into pie crust. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
Lower heat to 350 and continue baking for 15 minutes.
