Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon wasabi powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cups shelled edamame
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, wasabi powder, basil, salt, pepper and ginger. Add the edamame and toss to coat well.
Place edamame on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 13 minutes, stirring once, until lightly browned. Cool and serve.

This was great. My husband does not like edamame but he really liked this and requested that I make it again. So easy. I used powdered wasabi.
