A friend brought this dish over after we had a new baby. Our family really enjoyed it. We served it cold. A few tips-- best to make and eat only the servings you need, as leftovers get soggy. Also, we found that putting all the taco seasoning on the meat and just tossing with plain mayo worked well too. Ortega's taco sauce is also yummy with this dish. Enjoy!
