ingredients

5 pounds beef
5 pounds pork
5 pounds potato
1 medium onion
5 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons black pepper
sausage casings (bratwurst size)

directions

Grind beef, pork, potato and onion together Add salt and pepper. Mix well. Fill casings (Make them as large or small as you wish).

Boil approximately 30 minutes. Good hot or cold. Can be served with lingonberries or cranberries.
