Summer Garden Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
4 large tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 teaspoon salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 small zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 cup white wine
1 pound bow-tie pasta, cooked according to package directions
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, Parmesan, dill, half the oil, half the salt and the pepper in large bowl.
Heat remaining oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook, stirring, until onion is tender and beginning to brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
Stir in zucchini and cook until golden, 4 to 5 minutes. Add garlic and remaining salt; cook 1 minute. Add wine; bring to boil and boil 1 minute.
Toss hot pasta and zucchini mixture with tomatoes in large serving bowl.
