4 pounds pork loin roast salt, to taste freshly ground black pepper, to taste 1 can (16 ounce size) crushed pineapple 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1 can cranberry sauce 1/4 teaspoon cloves
directions
Season roast with salt and pepper, and place in slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours on LOW.
To serve, slice and spoon sauce over each portion.
