I used to work there about 15 years ago and also fell in love with their Remoulade sauce. Today, I needed to make my remoulade for a dish I'm making so I googled it and there it is. Good stuff. We used to serve it at the restaurant with grilled artichokes, delicious.

I don't know where y'all been eatin but this is just like what I had at ruth chris recently. Maybe y'all aint using good REAL Creole mustard or are using cheap Kraft mayonnaise or something but this was darned good.
I agree that the color and taste is not the same as the restraurants.' Ruth's Chris remoulade sauce was clear, light, not spicy and yet,,,,, delicious
