I agree that the color and taste is not the same as the restraurants.' Ruth's Chris remoulade sauce was clear, light, not spicy and yet,,,,, delicious

I grew up in Ruth's Chris. My mom was one of the first 4 waitresses after Ms Ruth bought it from Chris. She actaully worked for Chris.I was excited to see this but after reading the recipe.I do believe it is off abit.I was a busboy there in Metarie La from the age of 13.When I was 15 my mom managed the one in Laffyette La next to the race track. So I would love to get the actuall recipe. I have come close but no cigar

Respectfully, this is not ot. Have eaten there many times, best remoulade sauce in the world, not the right color nor taste.
