ingredients
1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons thyme
1/2 cup ground walnuts
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon sage
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
vegetable oil, for frying
4 tablespoons clover honey
4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
directions
In a bowl, combine flour, thyme, walnuts, salt, pepper and sage. Dredge chicken breasts in flour mixture.
In a skillet, pour vegetable oil to 1/2 inch deep. Heat over medium-high, and when hot, add chicken breasts. Saute until golden. Remove to drain on paper towels.
Combine honey and mustard. Stir until well-blended. Drizzle over chicken just before serving.
