Love buffalo wings? Get that same hot, zippy flavor in everything from deviled eggs to enchiladas. And of course: wings.

Copy the famous flavors from P.F. Chang's with this easy to make stir fry sauce. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

3/4 cup cold water
1 teaspoon chicken base powder or bouillon granules
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons wine or sherry
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Add to vegetables, beef or chicken or seafood, or noodles while stir-frying. The sauce will thicken slightly.

Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.
Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
