Kiva's Chicken Cacciatore with Spaghetti

ingredients
6 chicken breast halves (6 ounce size), bone in
3 cans (28 ounce size) whole tomatoes
7 ounces white wine
4 ounces olive oil
1 can (6 ounce size) sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
1 pound spaghetti pasta, cooked
directions
Salt and pepper chicken and put in baking pan. Place in oven at 400 degrees F for approximately 15 minutes or until slightly brown. Set aside.
Put tomatoes in food processor and pulse, but don't puree.
Pour olive oil in large pot. When warm, saute garlic, then add tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil, wine and mushrooms. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes.
Add chicken and simmer for another 12 to 15 minutes. Serve over pasta.
