ingredients

1 pound chicken breast tenders
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing (drain spices and discard spices)
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoon honey

directions

Mix dressing, lime juice and honey together. Pour over chicken tenders, making sure all tenders are covered, marinate for 1 hour.

Braise tenders in a non stick pan or grill to lightly golden in color but not dry.

This dish turned out really yummy, I served it with green beans and mashed potatoes. I was also very skeptical about the chicken just tasting like italian dressing. this was so NOT the case... its amazing what a little lime juice and honey can do!...my one recommendation is to marinade it overnight not just for a couple of hours.

Tastes just like in the restaurant. I used lemon juice in the bottle instead of lime fresh lime, it's all that I had at the time. Turned out fantastic!!!!

I was skeptical at first, thinking the chicken would just taste like italian dressing, but the lime juice and honey flavors made a big difference! My boyfriend and sister ate with me and kept complimenting the chicken. I have been asked to do it like this everytime : )
