Fried Ravioli

ingredients
24 ravioli, cheese-filled
vegetable oil, for frying
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup bread crumbs
2 cups spaghetti sauce
directions
Cook ravioli in boiling water until they float to the surface. Drain and let cool slightly.
Place 2 inches vegetable oil in a saucepan or deep fryer and heat to 375 degrees F. When ravioli are cool enough to handle, dip each one in evaporated milk, then bread crumbs to coat. Fry the ravioli in batches until they are browned, about 5 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towel.
Just before serving, heat spaghetti sauce in a saucepan then pour into a dipping bowl.
