Oven-Fried Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breasts

ingredients
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk
4 (6 ounce size) skinned chicken breast halves
non-stick cooking spray
1 tablespoon stick margarine or butter, melted
directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish. Place buttermilk in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in buttermilk; dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
Place chicken, breast sides up, in a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray. Drizzle margarine over chicken.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes or until done.
