Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

This is an excellent mix to have on hand at a moment's notice. It makes a pasta dish loads better than you'd get with heavy jarred alfredo, without the hassle of making the sauce from scratch just for a weeknight dinner. All about the balance.
1 cup instant nonfat dry milk
2 teaspoons grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup dried minced onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Put in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
To use, combine 1/4 cup of the Alfredo sauce mix in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of butter and 1/4 cup of milk. Heat, stirring constantly, over medium heat. When thickened, serve over cooked pasta (makes one serving).

Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.
Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

I didn't like this recipe because the sauce was just too thin for my liking. The cooking time for this recipe isn't even listed. I rate this a 1 - no good.

This was really easy and you can make the base ahead and use only the amount you need.
