Slow Cooker Potato-Sausage Quiche

Potato-Sausage Quiche - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

1 pound frozen tater-tots
1 pound little smoky sausages, cut in half
10 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard (dijon from a jar works well as a sub)
1 teaspoon celery (or parsley or any other) flakes
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar)

directions

Spray crock. Line bottom with 1 layer of potatoes, then a layer of sausages. Sprinkle with cheese. Repeat layers.

Beat or whisk eggs and milk together with mustard and flakes. Pour over potatoes and sausage.

Cook on High 3 hours. Top with remaining cheese.

Then cook on Low 2 hours, or till it tests done.
