Bleu Cheese Bacon Quiche

ingredients
1 refrigerated pie crust (9-inch)
8 slices precooked bacon
16 ounces egg substitute
8 ounces bleu cheese salad dressing
directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a 9-inch pie plate with the crust. Cut bacon into bite-size pieces; place it over the dough.
In a medium bowl, beat the egg substitute with the salad dressing until well combined. Pour into the crust.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until puffed and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove to a wire rack. Let cool 5 minutes before slicing.
