2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tablespoons lemon rind, finely minced
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons dry buttermilk powder
3 1/2 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 3/4 teaspoon instant yeast
directions
Put all ingredients in a bread machine as directed. Push sweet or basic white bread.
