10 cups Flour
3/8 cup Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
1 1/4 cup Powdered Milk
1 1/2 tablespoon Salt
1/4 cup Sugar
1 pound Crisco shortening
Directions:
Mix all together and store in an airtight container. Use where Bisquick or Jiffy Baking Mix is called for.
