A simple, layered banana pudding dessert that doesn't require an oven or stove. For best results, let it chill for an hour or two before serving.

2 boxes (small size) vanilla instant pudding, plus ingredients to prepare
1 can (14 ounce size) sweetened condensed milk
1 container (16 ounce size) Cool Whip
1 box (11 ounce size) vanilla wafers
4 large bananas
Prepare the pudding mix as directed on the package. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and half of the Cool Whip. Mix well.
Place a layer of vanilla wafers and bananas in a large bowl (or use individual parfait dishes). Top with a layer of the pudding mixture then repeat the layers, ending with the remaining Cool Whip on top.
Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

Took this to family dinner & it was a hit! However, I did alter it a bit. Used one box French vanilla & one box banana cream

This is the best tasting and easiest recipe for banana pudding I have ever found. My co-workers expect me to bring it to every pot luck we have because they love it so much!
