I used "low calorie/light" ingredients (1% milk, light cream cheese--softened, and lite cool whip)...it is a delicious recipe and a great way to doctor a boxed cake mix. I made it for a friend's birthday and she liked it very much!

Made this for a dinner party. Everyone loved it and wanted a second piece. It is sweet, but not heavy. Yum!

I made this for my husband's office party and a little was left over. Everyone loved it! My picky 7 yeard old grandaughter came over and she ate a whole piece! My daughter made it with chocolate cake mix, it was not as good. Too sweet. Will definitely make it again. Very easy and delicious!!!

My sister-in-law made this in a sheet cake pan (plenty for everyone). It was excellent. It's a light tasty completion to our holiday meal.

This recipe was wonderful. Great for crowds. I made it for the office last night and even the crumbs were gone! One suggestion: whip the cream cheese before you mix it into the pudding--prevents lumps.

This was so easy to make and it was so good. Everyone loved it and there was only one piece left at the end of the meal. Anyone can make this cake.

I wanted something light and fruity for my mother-in-laws' birthday party. We are best friends and I wanted her to be proud. This recipe did exactly that. My husband was the only one who got a second piece. The cake was gone within 5 minutes of serving. I would just put a side note that this recipe is so good; people really should make two so guests and family can have seconds. I know everyone here wanted seconds and we had to draw straws.
