ingredients
1 cup miniature marshmallows
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, cut up
1/4 cup butter
2 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
directions
In a saucepan combine 1 cup marshmallows, chocolate, butter and 1/4 cup water. Cook and stir over low heat until marshmallows and chocolate are melted. Cool slightly. Add 2 cups of powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat by hand 2 minutes or until smooth and of spreading consistency. If necessary add additional powdered sugar. Stir in remaining marshmallows and nuts. Use to frost top of a 13 by 9 inch cake.
