Watch out, this icing might not even make it to the cupcakes. Heavenly buttercream frosting with coffee and amaretto is definitely "lick the spoon" good, probably "lick the bowl" good, and maybe even "forget the cake, I'm eating all of this" good.

ingredients
3 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
1 dash salt
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
4 1/2 teaspoons amaretto liqueur
4 1/2 teaspoons cocoa powder
4 1/2 teaspoons brewed coffee, cooled
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed with an electric mixer until the icing is smooth.
Use immediately on cooled cake or cupcakes.
