Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Serves/Makes: 12
Ingredients:
2 pounds Cream cheese; softened
3/4 cup Milk
1 1/2 cup Sugar
4 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 pint Sour cream
1/4 cup Flour
1/2 cup Powdered cocoa
Directions:
Put all ingredients in mixing bowl, one item at a time. Blend until creamy.
Pour into greased and floured 10 inch spring form pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Leave oven door open - allow to settle. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Pie crust is optional.
