To Die For Baked Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
8 medium baked Potatoes, cubed, skin on
1 pound bacon
1 bunch green onions finely chopped
2 cups sour cream
10 cups cold water
2 pkgs Knorr dry cream of chicken soup mix
1 cup cheesewhiz
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
1 teaspoon dill
Directions:
Fry bacon to tender crisp. Drain bacon, put 1/4 aside for later. Add the cold water. Whisk in soup mix till mixed well. Stir in sour cream, 3/4 of the onions, cheesewhiz, and dill.
Add potatoes. Cook on med/high heat for about 20 minutes, soup should have a creamy thick consistency.
Pour into oven safe individual bowls about 3/4 to the top. Top with 1/4 cup chedder each.
Broil for about 5 minutes. Cheese should be melted and starting to brown. Garnish with remaining bacon and onions and serve.
