olive oil
1/2 lemon, juice of
1 red onion, chopped
fresh basil leaves, garnish
directions
Toss garbanzo beans with pesto, salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice and red onion.
Serve chilled or room temperature, garnish with fresh basil leaves.
