7-Up Stew
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound stew meat
1 can 7-up soda
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cube beef bouillon
DIRECTIONS:
Put it all in a crockpot and cook all day on low. Add sour cream, to taste, at the end of cooking time, if desired.

Surprisingly good. I wanted to bulk it up a little, so added some potato, carrot, mushroom, onion, garlic, and green beans, plus a bunch of dried thyme for flavor. Mixed in sour cream at the end as suggested. Served over egg noodles, it was like a poor man's beef stroganoff. You can't tell there's soda in there. Try it!
