Slow Cooker 7-Up Stew

ingredients
1 pound stew meat (beef or pork)
1 can (12 ounce size) 7-up soda
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
1 cube beef bouillon
directions
Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot and mix well.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or until the meat is tender.
Just before serving, stir in some sour cream if desired.

Surprisingly good. I wanted to bulk it up a little, so added some potato, carrot, mushroom, onion, garlic, and green beans, plus a bunch of dried thyme for flavor. Mixed in sour cream at the end as suggested. Served over egg noodles, it was like a poor man's beef stroganoff. You can't tell there's soda in there. Try it!
