Jo's Deliteful Whipped Topping Recipe

Serves/Makes: 2 cups
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Yoplait plain fat free yogurt
1/3 cup Carnation nonfat dry milk powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar or substitute equivalent
1 cup Cool Whip Lite
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine yogurt and dry milk powder. Add vanilla extract and sugar substitute. Mix well to combine.
Fold in cool whip lite. Use as you would purchased whipped topping.
