Ingredients:
3 cups cooked sweet potatoes
OR
29 ounces can Martindale Yams, mashed
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
***Topping***
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:

Combine ingredients and pour into a 9 X 13 casserole.

For Topping: Combine topping ingredients, place mixture over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes.
