White Chocolate Cashew Cheesecake

ingredients
3 pounds white chocolate
4 pounds soft cream cheese
21 ounces sugar
3/4 ounce vanilla
8 eggs
1 pound cashews, chopped
directions
Melt chocolate. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add chocolate to cream cheese mixture. Add eggs and cashews slowly to chocolate mixture.
Pour into buttered 10" cake pans. Bake in a water bath until set and lightly browned on top, about 1 1/4 hours.
