2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 graham cracker pie crust
Mix all ingredients together except crust. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate for 3 hours.

I've made this several times now and it's excellent! I did follow a couple other suggestions by adding in one container of either strawberry or blueberry yogurt and 1/4 cu of lemon juice. I've also doubled the recipe and put it in a rectangular aluminum pan for larger gatherings and it worked out great. If you do the aforementioned doubling, top it with blueberries and strawberries in the form of an American flag for the 4th! It WILL be a hit!!!

Great! Turned out perfect. I mixed in two mashed bananas and the smell was heavenly when baking.

Turned out great!!!! I added blueberry yogurt and it turned out great!!!!!!!! It was quick and easy and tasted great too!!!

Very nice recipe, so I thought to rate. I added a little lemon flavour and also didn't have enough cream cheese, so I halved the recipe. Creamy and lovely, however next time just for my own taste I think I will use some mixed nuts somewhere. I can see this tasting very well with chocolate or caramel sauce. My two year old loved it. Will use again! :)
