Easy Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

ingredients
1 prepared graham cracker crust (6 ounce size)
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounce size) sweetened condensed milk
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mini milk chocolate or semisweet chips
1 teaspoon flour
CHOCOLATE GLAZE
1/2 cup mini milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup whipping cream
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
With mixer, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Toss 1 cup chips with flour; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
For Chocolate Glaze: In small saucepan over low heat, melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips with whipping cream; cook and stir until thickened and smooth. Immediately spread over pie.

I am making two more of these cheesecakes today. I use prepared chocolate cookie crusts instead of graham cracker, and have been told that this is THE best dessert people have ever had! Really easy and fantastic!
