Easy Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 prepared graham cracker crust (6 oz size)
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz. size) sweetened condensed milk
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mini milk chocolate (or semi-sweet) chips
1 teaspoon flour
***CHOCOLATE GLAZE***
1/2 cup mini milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup whipping cream
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
With mixer, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Toss 1 cup chips with flour; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Chocolate glaze: In small saucepan over low heat, melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips with whipping cream; cook and stir until thickened and smooth. Immediately spread over pie.
